What channels does SitePost publish to?
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — the three channels UK SMBs actually use. Not TikTok, X, YouTube or Threads.
Will the captions sound like AI slop?
They can, if you set it up lazily. That's why setup takes twenty minutes and not two. You give SitePost your tone, the words you'd never say, your hashtags and your USPs, and it writes to those rules every time. Every caption is editable before it goes out, and nothing publishes that breaks your rules. If you want proof, go and read Rhino Civils' feed — that's our own construction company, and everything on it since March came out of SitePost.
Do you get access to my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Meta's and LinkedIn's official business logins, so you type your password on their site, never ours. We never see it and never store it. We get scoped permissions to publish and read basic stats, and you can revoke them from your own Meta Business settings in seconds. If SitePost vanished tomorrow you would keep every account, every post and every follower.
Can I edit posts before they publish?
Yes, and that's the default. Everything lands in an approval queue first: edit the caption, swap the photo, move the time, or bin it. Full autopilot is a per-brand switch you flip yourself, once you trust what it's writing. We won't flip it for you.
What does "unlimited brands" really mean?
One Pro subscription, one bill, as many brands as you can connect — each with its own voice, calendar, channels and team permissions. No per-brand fee and no per-seat fee. The honest caveat: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn set their own rate limits per account, so unlimited means unlimited on our side, not a licence to spam. If you ever connect enough brands to cost us more than you pay us, we'll ring you and talk about it rather than throttle you without saying so.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything already published stays on your accounts — they're your channels, not ours. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then you drop to the free Starter plan. Export your queue on the way out if you want it. No exit fees, no notice period, no retention call.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your photos and captions aren't used to train models — our AI providers' API terms prohibit training on business API data. Your media is stored in the UK (London).
Is the free plan actually free?
Yes. One brand, five AI captions a month, 500MB of media, no card and no trial clock counting down. It's limited, not crippled: the captions and the scheduling are the same ones Pro gets. If five a month covers you, stay on it.
I've only got one brand — is £199 mad for me?
Probably, yes. Start on Starter, it's free. Pro earns its keep once you're running two brands or more, or when you're already paying someone hundreds a month to write and post for you. One brand, a couple of posts a week, done by you? Stay free. We'd rather say that than take your money for six months and lose you.
