Request the removal
of your data.

You can submit a deletion request from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete) or by email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

We process all deletion requests within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR. Some data — like billing records required by HMRC — must be retained for legal periods (typically 6 years) and is deleted on schedule after that.

All your media files, captions, brand voice configurations, social account tokens, posts (queued and historical), and account record.

Anonymised, aggregated usage data may be retained for product analytics — it cannot be linked back to you.

If you connected Instagram or Facebook to SitePost and want to delete just the data we received from Meta (without deleting your whole SitePost account), email [email protected] with subject "Meta data deletion" — we will process within 7 days and confirm by email.

Email [email protected] from your account email with subject "Delete my account". You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours and a deletion completion notice within 30 days.
